Terms & Policy

Policy of reservations:

-To confirm a gastronomic workshop or event it must be paid the 30% of the budget amount.

-The 50% of total budget shall be paid 20 days before the workshop or event.

-The remaining 20% will be paid at least three days before.

Cancellation policy:

Free cancellation within 30 days before the event. If the reservation is cancelled during those 30 days, 30% of the booking will be retained as return policy.

If you have transferred more of 30% we will pay you back this.

If the reservation is canceled 10 days before the event will lose the total paid to date.

Policy for cooking workshops for open groups:

These events require a minimum of participants, otherwise it won’t take place and we will inform you.

• If you don’t appear to the workshop, you will lose your reservation.
• If you want to make changes to your reservations, you need to inform us 72 hours before the workshop.
